CADTH is a national organization whose stated mission is to provide "Canada’s federal, provincial and territorial health care decision makers with credible, impartial advice and evidence-based information about the effectiveness and cost-effectiveness of drugs and other health technologies". Before April 2006, CADTH was known as the Canadian Coordinating Office for Health Technology Assessment (CCOHTA).〔http://www.cadth.ca"CADTH Home Page", 1 April 2015, accessed 23 April 2015〕 CADTH celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2014. == Organization == CADTH is the home of several health technology assessment (HTA) programs and services, namely: *Common Drug Review (CDR) *Pan-Canadian Oncology Drug Review (pCODR) *Optimal Use of Drugs and Devices *Environmental and Horizon Scanning *Rapid Response Service CADTH is funded by the federal, provincial and territorial governments, with the exception of Quebec.
